The problem
A small clinic or shop juggles five disconnected tools: a calendar, a spreadsheet, online banking, the tax authority website and WhatsApp on a phone. Nothing talks to anything, and closing the day is manual work.
What I built
One dashboard, tailored to each industry, with an AI assistant that does more than reply: it acts. You ask by chat or by voice.
Bookings with deposits
Clients pick a service, day and time on the business page and pay a deposit when booking.
E-invoicing
Invoices are issued from the dashboard through Argentina’s tax authority (ARCA), using inventory products and prices.
Collections
Overdue balances are detected and chased by email with a payment link; receipts are checked against Mercado Pago.
Cash, stock and accounts
Expenses come in from a photo of the receipt, stock goes down with each sale and the daily close builds itself.
Dictation
Clinical notes, memos and reports are dictated and the AI writes them up.
Chat on the business page
Answers questions before booking, using only what the business entered.
What the end customer sees

Every business gets a short address that is easy to say over the phone or print on a sign: tuagenda.ar/business-name. Customers book there without creating an account.
- Pick a service, a professional, a day and a time.
- Pay the deposit with Mercado Pago; if it isn’t paid within 15 minutes, the slot is released.
- Get the confirmation and a reminder by email, and cancel or reschedule on their own.
- An AI chat answers questions before booking.

My role
Everything: product, design, backend, dashboard, integrations and infrastructure. I run it in production.
